The Rocket Rooster False Color is a great tool that you can use to analyze your exposure on set or in post.
The pack comes with 3 different false-color LUTs that you can use in any editing/grading software as well as any cameras (like the GH5) or monitors that allow you to import LUTs.
False-color 1 has a 13 step range from -10 (pure black) to 110 (clipped white) and allows for a more precise analysis of the image.
Approximately 43 - 47 IRE is marked in Green and 54 - 58 IRE in Pink
False-color 2 is more simplified and is great if you need to quickly get an idea of the general exposure of your image
False-color 3 has a range from 0 to 100 in 10% steps.
The LUTs are compatible with any Rec709 footage.
Also included are camera/log specific LUTs for Sony, Arri, Panasonic, Canon, and Fuji.
Compatible in any editing software that supports LUTs
